Friends and Family Test
First Community Health and Care are proud to work with IWantGreatCare our technical partner to provide the Friends and Family Test to our service users.
The NHS Friends and Family Test (FFT) is an important opportunity for you to provide feedback on the care and treatment you receive and to improve services. It was introduced in 2013 and asks service users whether they would recommend services to their friends and family if they needed similar care or treatment. This means that you are able to give quick feedback on the quality of the care you receive, giving us a better understanding of the needs of our service users, enabling continuous improvements to our services.

We encourage everyone who uses a First Community service to give us feedback either via the IWantGreatCare website, Patient Opinion or your preferred method of choice. You should receive a Friends and Family Test form as part of our service. Please ask your healthcare professional for more details.
