First Community's new company strategy 2017-20 was launched at the AGM on 1 November 2017 by CEO Sarah Billiald. The strategy outlines First Community's ambitions for the next three years. The refreshed strategy will drive forward the improvement colleagues, commissions, partners and our community have told us they want us to make.
