First Community would like to thank our staff, partners and all those working over the holiday period to provide health care across our local community.

Minor Injury Unit - Caterham Dene Hospital

Our Minor Injury Unit at Caterham Dene Hospital will remain open as normal from 8am to 8pm daily for those aged 18 and over throughout the festive period.

Caterham Dene Hospital Ward

Visiting to our Caterham Dene Ward will remain open from 2pm – 4pm or 6pm – 7pm. Each patient on the ward can have one daily visit from a person they've nominated and the number of visitors at the patient’s bedside or on the patio area must be limited to one nominated person. To continue to keep our patients, staff and visitors safe, our ward staff will continue to ask screening questions before any visitor is permitted to enter the ward. All visitors are also advised to have a negative lateral flow test on the day of the visit.

Please phone the ward matrons if you require an alternative visiting time on 01883 837517
