An exciting opportunity has arisen to lead on a collaborative programme of work, to scope and develop career and skill development opportunities in community and primary care across the Mid-Downs CEPN. The post will be leading on work streams which will support the development opportunities for clinical bands 1-4 and skills development programmes for the non-medical workforce across community and primary care. The one year fixed term role will be based within the Learning and Development team at First Community in Redhill whilst supporting the work across the Mid-Downs CEPN. Secondments will also be considered.
This post requires an enthusiastic individual who is passionate about supporting the development of the non-medical workforce to meet the needs of the service users accessing community and primary care.
Applicants for this role will need to be an experienced registered healthcare professional, ideally having worked in a community or primary care setting and with a sound knowledge of learning and development processes.
