ChatHealh: School Nurse Messaging Service
Text our School Nurse from your mobile phone. ChatHealth, the school nurse messaging service, is confidential and available Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm (excluding bank holidays). Your message will be seen during those hours after which we respond most quickly to messages that need urgent attention and we aim to respond to all messages within 24 hours, Monday to Friday.
You can message for advice on all kinds of health issues, like sexual health, emotional health and wellbeing, bullying, healthy eating and any general health concerns. Look out for more information around school. You can still get in touch with the school nurse in the same way as you might have done before, if you prefer.

If you need urgent help in the meantime, contact your doctor, visit a NHS walk-in centre or call NHS 111. If it is an emergency, dial 999 or visit A&E. For our safety and yours we store your messages on electronic records. Records can be seen by other healthcare professionals but we all follow strict confidentiality rules, your School Nurse will explain more about this.
