First Community Health and Care is an employee-owned social enterprise, providing NHS community healthcare services to people living in east Surrey and parts of West Sussex.

We strive constantly to improve the community healthcare services we provide. Our passion is to deliver the highest quality of care for patients, service users and carers

First Community was created in 2011 under the Right to Request, which gave NHS staff the chance to establish social enterprises.

    NHS Surrey and Sussex Integrated Care Board (ICB) is the statutory organisation responsible for buying and planning local health and care services for the three million people living across the counties of Surrey and Sussex.
