Service locations
First Community provides NHS community nursing and therapy services in east Surrey and parts of West Sussex.
This includes a variety of community and outpatient services, a minor injury unit and an inpatient intermediate care ward.
These include home-based services such as district nursing as well as a wide range of community based services delivered in local settings across east Surrey and parts of West Sussex.
