First Community are working to consolidate several of its community services into a single, modernised facility as a multipurpose community health hub to improve patient care, staff collaboration, environmental benefits, and financial sustainability by March 2026.

From March 2026, First Community's new head office will be Consort House; a central east Surrey location.
