We hold events across all sites to support, maintain and improve the physical, mental and emotional well-being of all employees. First Community offers generous annual leave entitlement above the statutory minimum, subject to a qualifying length of service within the NHS. NHS employees are entitled to up to 27 days a year annual leave plus eight public and general holidays, pro rata for part time staff. After five and ten years, this then increases this then increases up to a maximum of 33 days plus public and general holidays.
