People registered with an east Surrey GP practice can now self-refer into First Community's Falls Prevention service if they are eligible. 

First Community has successfully achieved accreditation under the Pulmonary Rehabilitation Services Accreditation Scheme (PRSAS).

Following a rigorous assessment visit on 29 April 2025, the Pulmonary Rehabilitation service was recognised for meeting nationally recognised standards of excellence in the care and support of people living with long-term respiratory conditions.

People registered with an east Surrey GP practice will be able to self-refer into First Community's Falls Prevention service from 19 January, if they are eligible. 

First Community has expanded its Outpatient Physiotherapy self-help webpages to include new dedicated sections for managing new aches and pains for the ankle, knee, hip, shoulder, elbow, hand and neck.
