The Motor Neurone Disease (MND) and Rare Neurology Practitioner Service service is for anyone who has a confirmed diagnosis with the below conditions and is registered with a GP in the east Surrey area:

  • Motor Neurone Disease (MND)
  • Multiple Systems Atrophy (MSA)
  • Progressive Supranuclear Palsy (PSP)
  • Corticobasal Degeneration (CBD)
  • Huntington's Disease (HD)
