On 1 November 2023, First Community welcomed Keith Moss as Non-Executive Director. Keith will replace Bryan Ingeby who comes to the end of his term on 28 February 2024.
Keith joins Debbie Stubblefield and Fiona Smith as a NED who are responsible for contributing to the organisation’s strategic direction and governance of performance and resources.
Keith is a chartered accountant and has worked most of his career as a finance director in the renewable energy sector, but also has experience working in the NHS. Most recently Keith has worked with charities providing health and social care and has previously been a non-executive director with a charity in Kent.
Keith will be chair of First Community’s Audit Committee and Finance Committee from March 2024.
