Fiona is a Registered Nurse and Management Consultant with over 35 years experience of working in the NHS. Fiona began her nursing at Guys Hospital and went on to specialise in Accident and Emergency Nursing. Her career moved into general management and Fiona held several Executive Director posts in acute Trusts in London.
As well as her Board member role with First Community, Fiona is also the Independent Chief Nurse board member of the North East London Commissioning Alliance and the Independent Registered Nurse Member on the Governing Body Boards at both Newham and Waltham Forest Clinical Commissioning Groups.
