First Community launch new Outpatient Physiotherapy webpage to support musculoskeletal rehabilitation

First Community Health and Care has launched a dedicated new webpage for its Outpatient Physiotherapy service, providing patients in east Surrey with an enhanced range of self-help resources designed to support recovery and rehabilitation for a variety of musculoskeletal conditions.
The new webpage, now live on the First Community website, offers easy access to expert advice, exercise videos, and downloadable resources to empower individuals managing conditions such as back pain, joint issues, soft tissue injuries, and post-surgical recovery. These materials are designed to accompany professional treatment, promote independence, and improve outcomes for patients on their rehabilitation journey.
Sarah Barratt, MSK Physiotherapy Team Lead commented, "We're really excited to launch this new online resource, which reflects our commitment to delivering accessible, patient-centred care.
"Musculoskeletal issues affect a large portion of the population, and by providing self-help tools it will help to empower people to take an active role in their recovery, whether they're waiting for treatment or continuing therapy at home."
The webpage also features condition-specific guidance and educational content aimed at helping patients understand their symptoms, manage pain, and prevent future injuries. It supports First Community's ambition to improve digital access to healthcare services and supports ongoing rehabilitation in the community.
