First Community named finalist for Employer of the Year at Tandridge Business Awards 2025
First Community is proud to announce that it has been shortlisted as one of three finalists in the prestigious Employer of the Year category at the Tandridge Business Awards 2025.
The recognition highlights First Community's continued commitment to creating a supportive, inclusive, and rewarding workplace for its people, while delivering high-quality community health services across east Surrey and parts of West Sussex.
The quality of applications this year was exceptionally high, with independent judges noting the high standard and difficulty in selecting finalists.
Being named a finalist is a testament to First Community's dedication to staff wellbeing, professional development, and fostering a culture where colleagues feel valued and empowered.
First Community is an employee-owned social enterprise, providing NHS community healthcare services to people living in east Surrey and parts of West Sussex.
As part of the judging process, representatives from First Community will attend a 30-minute interview with the judging panel, which includes members of Surrey Chambers of Commerce and Godstone Farm. The interview will take place virtually on 26 August 2025.
The winners will be revealed at a black-tie awards ceremony on Wednesday 15 October 2025 at the Pavilion Suite, Lingfield Park Resort. The evening will feature entertainment and the opportunity to celebrate with local businesses and community supporters.
