NHS Staff Survey 2025
First Community has been recognised once again as one of the top community providers to work for in the country.
The NHS Staff Survey results were published earlier this month. A few key highlights include:
- 88% would be happy with the standard of care provided if friend/relative needed treatment
- 81% would feel confident that the organisation would address concerns about unsafe clinical practice
- 73% would recommend First Community as a place to work.

First Community's Board recognises that there are areas for improvement and are keen that the Staff Survey Working Group takes an inclusive approach to improvement.
Sarah Tomkins, Chief Executive Officer will be joining the Staff Survey Working Group this year where they will review the results and any areas for improvement.
First Community continues to strive to make the organisation the best it can be for patient care and as a place to work.
