Jayne White, Associate Director for Children, Young People and Families and Anita Lamb, Service Manager for Children Young People and Families along with members of the 0-19 team for Children and Family Health Surrey (CFHS) were delighted to take part in the East Surrey Place neurodiversity community of practice event earlier this week.
The event brought together partners across east Surrey to network and share knowledge. This collaborative learning will better support the wider system with understanding of the breadth of available provision and support for children and families where neurodiversity is part of their life.
Su Freeman, Collaboration Manager for Surrey Youth Focus described the event as "A truly cross system co-created and delivered event.”
All participants are hoping to continue working together to help children and families across east Surrey embrace neurodiversity as part of day-to-day life.
