First Community has today published its Quality Account for 2020-21.
The annual report outlines the quality of the NHS health and care services we provide across east Surrey and West Sussex.
The quality of First Community services are measured in a number of ways including looking at patient safety, the effectiveness of treatments our patients receive and by evaluating patient feedback about their care and experience.
As well as analysing how we achieved the priorities set last year, the account also sets out the organisation’s future priorities and areas for improvement.
