Following your continence assessment you may have been prescribed pads for daytime, pads for night-time, fixation pants.
You will receive a dispatch note with your first pad delivery explaining how to activate further pad orders which are delivered on a 12-weekly basis. The pad delivery cycles are fixed and cannot be changed.
If you do not activate a pad delivery within 4 months after your last delivery, you will not receive further pad orders.
