First Community are delighted to begin service delivery from Thursday 19 February 2026 at our new modernised facility First Community Health and Care Hub Consort House, Redhill (5-7 Queensway, Redhill RH1 1YB), a central east Surrey location.

First Community's dietitians have optimised ancillary provision to support sustainable healthcare delivery. 

First Community's paediatric dietitians have added two new webpages to help families support children with eating difficulties.

People registered with an east Surrey GP practice can now self-refer into First Community's Falls Prevention service if they are eligible. 

First Community has successfully achieved accreditation under the Pulmonary Rehabilitation Services Accreditation Scheme (PRSAS).

Following a rigorous assessment visit on 29 April 2025, the Pulmonary Rehabilitation service was recognised for meeting nationally recognised standards of excellence in the care and support of people living with long-term respiratory conditions.

People registered with an east Surrey GP practice will be able to self-refer into First Community's Falls Prevention service from 19 January, if they are eligible.
