To support your induction it may be useful to have a look over the information provided on this page, which will give you a broad overview of First Community and you can also find out about some of the exciting benefits and support available to you.
First Community Health and Care can passport some previously completed statutory/mandatory training on to your new training record, providing it is completed within the NHS, is aligned to the Core Skills Training Framework, and meets our requirements.
If you are currently using ESR (Electronic Staff Record System) this will transfer directly into our system. You may want to consider completing your training now to ensure you are up to date, so that you do not have to do this training during your induction period.
If you are not using ESR but have completed the training below, please send us copies of your certificates and/or a printout of your training record from your current employer. You can request this from your Training Department.
